Hallo teman-teman yang hobi musik! Rasanya ada ribuan penyanyi atau group dari Amerika yang rekaman fisiknya sudah tersimpan di Museum Musik Indonesia (MMI). Belakangan ini kami baru sadar kalau ada satu penyanyi top yang terlewat. Ternyata MMI belum memiliki satu buah-pun album dari Taylor Swift, penyanyi yang memiliki sekolah (Education Center) di Country Music Hall of Fame di Nashvilee.

Barangkali saja ada teman-teman yg punya albumnya dalam format CD atau kaset yang sudah tidak dimanfaatkan, bisa dihibahkan atau disumbangkan ke MMI. Yang jual online sebenarnya banyak, tapi kami mau coba dulu merangkul teman-teman. MMI boleh dikata merupakan museum gotong royong, sebagian besar koleksinya dikumpulkan dari sumbangan masyarakat. Syukur-syukur kalau Taylor Swift sendiri sempat baca postingan ini. Terlampir adalah salah satu cover albumnya.

Hello friends! It seems there are thousands of singers or groups from America whose physical recordings have been stored in the Indonesian Music Museum (MMI). Recently, we just realized that one of the top singer was missing. It turns out that MMI does not yet have a single album by Taylor Swift, the singer who has a school (Education Center) at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashvilee.

Maybe some of you guys has her album on CD or cassette format that are no longer used which can be donated to us. There are actually a lot of people selling her musics online, but we want to try to reach out to our friends first. MMI is arguably a mutual cooperation museum, most of the collections are collected from public donations. Hopefully, Taylor Swift herself had time to read this post.
