Biography
Rafly dilahirkan pada 1 Agustus 1967 di Samadua, Aceh Selatan. Lelaki ini memiliki kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap Aceh dari berbagai aspek. Suaranya sangat kental ditelinga masyarakat Aceh dengan syahdu-syahdu etnik berisi nasehat dan hiburan.
Panggung-panggung lokal, nasional dan internasional telah dirasakannya dalam menjalankan profesi sebagai seniman.
Rafly saat ini terus berkarya dengan lagu bernuansa etnik. Menurutnya, bernyanyi dan menciptakan lagu sebagai usaha menjaga budaya, khususnya dalam konteks Aceh. Budaya baginya merupakan hal yang penting sebagai suatu instrumen dalam perubahan secara daerah.

Syiar & Syair merupakan seni yang mengalir berwujud media ampuh dari hati ke hati. Sejak jaman dulu Syiar & Syasir dikenal efektif dalam membidik nurani segenap insan. Tidak terhindarkan kemerduan suaranya menjadi alat pendukung yang mampu menusuk indra dengar publik.
Album solo II syiar dan syair Rafly bertajuk ‘Ainal Mardhiah’. Selain dinyanyikan dengan sempurna oleh vocal Rafly, sekaligus lirik yang dipilih banyak mengisahkan tentang syurga.
Story
Rafli diketahui pernah menjadi guru dan kemudian terjun ke dunia seni musik sejak tahun 1988.
Sebagai musisi, Rafli akrab dengan berbagai jenis musik populer hingga musik Rock. Rafli juga kerap menjuarai festival, salah satunya juara satu festival musik Rock se-Aceh pada tahun 1991.
Rafli kemudian membentuk sebuah grup musik bernama KanDe yang mengusung musik tradisional Aceh dengan sentuhan modern. Saat itu, grup bentukan Rafli ini dikenal karena ciri khas lagu-lagunya yang sarat pesan religius hingga sosial. Lagu-lagu karya KanDe ini pun banyak terinpirasi dari konflik pada zaman Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM).
Karya-karya Rafli mendapatkan apresiasi yang baik di masyarakat. Bahkan kepingan albumnya pernah terjual ratusan ribu keping. Lagunya juga pernah dipakai dalam film ‘Hafalan Shalat Delisa’.
Rafli pun pernah diundang ke ajang festival musik bergengsi.

Pada hari Sabtu 14 oktober 2017 Rafly kande hadir ke kota Malang. Kehadiranya mengikuti acara “The Light of Aceh” yang berlangsung di Gedung Kesenian Gajayana Kota Malang. Dalam kesempatan ini Rafly Kande berkunjung juga ke Museum Musik Indonesia

Biography
Rafly was born on August 1, 1967 in Samadua, South Aceh. This man has a high concern for Aceh from various aspects. His voice is very familiar to the ears of the people of Aceh with the lyrics of the song which contains advice and entertainment.
He has experienced local, national and international stages in carrying out his profession as an artist.
Rafly currently continues to work with ethnic nuanced songs. According to him, singing and composing songs as an effort to maintain culture, especially in the context of Aceh. Culture for him is important as an instrument in regional change.
About Album
Syiar & Syair (Art of Poetry) is an art that flows in the form of a powerful medium from heart to heart. Since ancient times, Syiar & Syasir have been known to be effective in targeting the conscience of all human beings. It is unavoidable that his voice becomes a supporting tool that can pierce the public’s sense of hearing.
The second solo album of Rafly’s symbols and poetry is titled ‘Ainal Mardhiah’. In addition to being perfectly sung by Rafly’s vocals, as well as the lyrics chosen, there are many stories about heaven.
Story
Rafli was previously known as a teacher and then moved into the world of music art since 1988. As a musician, Rafli is familiar with various types of popular music to rock music. Rafli also often wins festivals, one of which is the winner of the Rock music festival in Aceh in 1991. Rafli then formed a music group called KanDe which carried traditional Acehnese music with a modern touch. At that time, the group formed by Rafli was known for the characteristics of its songs which were full of religious to social messages. Many of KanDe’s songs were inspired by the conflict during the Free Aceh Movement (GAM).
Rafli’s works have received good appreciation in the community. Even the album pieces have sold hundreds of thousands of copies. The song has also been used in the film ‘Memories of Prayer Delisa’.
Rafli has also been invited to a prestigious music festival. Some of them such as:

On Saturday 14 October 2017 Rafly Kande came to Malang. His presence followed the event “The Light of Aceh” which took place at the Gajayana Art Building, Malang City. On this occasion, Rafly Kande also visited the Indonesian Music Museum
